The competition is open to all, excluding employees of Osprey Publishing and their associated companies, their families, agents and anyone involved in the administration of the Promotion.

The Promoter assumes that by using its site and entering the Competition (and you warrant that) either you have legal capacity to enter the Competition and agree to the Competition terms and conditions (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract) or your parents have consented to your entry of the Competition and use of these Competition terms and conditions.

The prize is as stated in the competition details. No cash alternative will be offered.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. The prize is non-refundable and not transferable.

If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter, then the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without liability to the winner for having done so.

The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified by email within one month of the closing date.

No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, incomplete or ineligible entries (which may be disqualified) or entries which fail to arrive by the closing date.

Any entry which is incomplete or which otherwise does not comply with these rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Essential Somme website at www.essentialsomme.com.
